What do background checks for guns in NY (state not city) involve? My recruiter Described it being very simple but he is from California. When they do the search what are they looking for? As in what counts? I am asking anything and everything, prison, arrests, mental hospitalizations, whatever, and it is three days?
Have pending felony load for ate (got into A fight w A friend), trying tons of GET it lowered. Into the meantime have NO money, and A family need A job NOW! Most likely emergency doing any jail time, roofridge offense. Where CAN I go where more either they don' t DO A background checks, or they wants DO one but emergency hold it against ME? There' s gotta fuel element somewhere I CAN work. Even nearly food restaurants of acres doing background checks. And I DO believe it wants show UP even though it is pending. I to into the hiring process with New York Life Insurance company and they had ME fill out A background check resume pack into which they asked for my parents household income and of liabilities since I at stilling living with the them. In addition ton that they require any previous employments within the read 10 years and they said that since I DO emergency have 10 years OF employment pack ton include middle and high school information since those were within the past 10 years. I DO emergency know if this is their standard policy or if this is standard for the background resume. Any thoughts would fuel element greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Do they do a background check when you apply for a marriage license in the State of New York. Would something in another state show up??
I which arrested and charged, but emergency prosecuted. I got A Case emergency ready type character when I went and it' s been way more over the 90 day limits. CAN I GET this records sealed? What CAN fuel element done about this it in such a way doesn' t show UP on A background checks. I didn' t submit A plea or anything. Thanks
Just curious. Say you got a DWI but haven’t gone to court yet, would it still show up on a check? Many employers up here in New York used the State’s Unified Court System background check. Would they show up on this report, even if there is no conviction yet?
And NO i have not gotten a DWI, lol
