Questions for lawyers preferably New York?
I which arrested and charged, but emergency prosecuted. I got A Case emergency ready type character when I went and it' s been way more over the 90 day limits. CAN I GET this records sealed? What CAN fuel element done about this it in such a way doesn' t show UP on A background checks. I didn' t submit A plea or anything. Thanks

Hire a lawyer because they are not moving fast enough you may be able to get the charges dropped.
