Where can I get a job in New York with a pending felony?

Have pending felony load for ate (got into A fight w A friend), trying tons of GET it lowered. Into the meantime have NO money, and A family need A job NOW! Most likely emergency doing any jail time, roofridge offense. Where CAN I go where more either they don' t DO A background checks, or they wants DO one but emergency hold it against ME? There' s gotta fuel element somewhere I CAN work. Even nearly food restaurants of acres doing background checks. And I DO believe it wants show UP even though it is pending. Please NO answers from those who think they acres more better than ME, I screwed UP and don' t need any *** holes lecturing ME on this website. Please, looking for material answers.

    In this job market, it’s likely that you can’t get hired. There are simply too many people looking for too few jobs.

    Try craigslist for companies hiring people to shovel snow off roofs. It’s hard work and the pay isn’t great but they’re not doing background checks.
